How to update Your Dresser with Milk Paint
Trisha Perry Sommer did a weekend project of giving her old dresser a fresh new look! This is what it looked like before..
She used Rustoleum Milk Paint in the color Eclipse. I’ve always been curious as to how this stuff covers!
Trisha took off the top mirror of the dresser, lightly sanded, cleaned with a wet/soapy cloth and let it dry completely. She painted 2 coats with a brush, with one one touch up coat. She let it dry for a couple hours and then applied a clear protective coat (Rustoleum Chalked Matte Clear). Then she added more modern knobs, it looks fabulous staged! I just love that gold round mirror above it too.
