Kate Grace did some home renovations and the stairs was one of them! You can see the old carpet covering them before and the after photo of gorgeous wood stained stairs with a vinyl pattern!
Kate explained “Stairs carpet ripped up, sanded removed all nails/staples, treads stained and risers I added vinyl. Added a shoe moulding. Next up I’ll be painting the banisters and where the spindles go into.” The photo above is after she pulled up the old carpet.

Where did you get your vinyl? “On Amazon, it’s called HaokHome Modern Stripe Peel and Stick Wallpaper Herringbone“
Did you put any type of top coat on the stairs? “Yes it’s a matte clear coat so they are not slippery…I used Minwax Polycrylic Protective Finish”
When you pulled up the carpet how hard was it to do? “Very easy to pull up, peel a small section up from the bottom first.”
